Conference Agreement Confirmation:

Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed Booking Application Form.

 

Alcohol Free Zone:

Jumbunna Lodge is an alcohol free zone. No Alcohol will be served as part of the catering services and no alcohol is to be brought onto the site by the client.

 

Cancellations:

If a reserved booking is cancelled less than 45 days from the original booking, a cancellation fee of $500 will be charged unless the dates are re-booked.

 

Re-Booking:

If more than 45 days notice from the original booking date is given the booking can be transferred to a future date at no cost.

 

Guaranteed Numbers:

Final Reservation numbers must be confirmed no later than five (5) working days prior to arrival.  Any reduction in attendance numbers or cancellations after this confirmation will be charged at the full amount.

Any additions to attendee numbers after the five (5) day deadline, will be charged at the unit rate for the confirmed reservation numbers and may have a surcharge for additional catering costs.

 

Loss & damage:

The client is responsible for any damage to the property of Jumbunna Lodge caused by it’s delegates or invitees.  The client should arrange it’s own insurance as no responsibility will be taken by Jumbunna Lodge for damage or loss of goods left at the venue prior to, during or after the event.

 

Payment:

An invoice will be issued at the end of the function for the remaining balance of payment. Full payment would be appreciated within 7 days of the conclusion of the function.
